Hey Coinecta family. Coinecta is looking to bring on a new marketing lead.

As marketing lead, you’ll be responsible for promoting our platform, forming collaborations and partnerships, creating marketing plans, evaluating data, hosting Interviews, writing content and more.

Activities:

• Pre-plan tweets at least one week in advance for the team to post.
• Minor graphic design tasks, making banners and infographics for outreach.
• Communicate with influencers to organize interviews and X spaces.
• Create marketing campaigns which involve budget planning, advertising, and tracking KPIs to analyze results.
• Writes clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels.
• Drive ongoing growth campaign execution and testing initiatives for Coinecta Finance in digital marketing channels including social media (paid and organic), content marketing, email, etc.
• Optimize creatives based on audience insights and in-market performance.
• Produce talking points for other team members to follow when speaking to the community.
• Host Spaces and other events, and speak to interviewers on behalf of the company
• Leverage on chain data to drive marketing innovations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understand where marketing creates leverage to drive growth.
• Insight to identify new recommendations to improve marketing and business results.
• Experience developing efficient and effective marketing campaigns.
• Confident with interpreting analysis and structuring analytical requests.
• Can break a strategy down into a structured testing plan.
• Highly effective communicator who makes complex ideas easy to understand.
• Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Operates with a growth mindset, displaying a strong aptitude for expanding their skillset.
• Strong English language skills are required as you will be writing the communication with the community and speaking in X spaces and interviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience focused on building customer centric campaigns.
• 3+ years writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams.
• 2+ years of marketing automation experience.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• This position is 100% remote.

Preferred:

• 3+ years working with marketing technology platforms and tools.
• 2+ years of experience in an agile operating model.
• Blockchain industry experience.
